Graduate Students
Each year the Bulldog Marching Band carries with it two graduate assistantship positions. These are 20 hour a week work responsibility, and cover both fall and spring semesters. Graduate assistants are typically conducting students of Director of Bands Dr. Gary P. Gilroy. Graduate assistant responsibilities include rehearsing and conducting the Bulldog Beats, conducting music sectionals with the Bulldog Marching Band, operation logistics during football games, arranging music for the band, and administering the band's attendance program. you can find the applications for both the Music Department and the University below.
